Brief Introduction

Limestone dryers are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical, cement and other industries.

Limestone is a sedimentary rock with many industrial uses and it has a relatively high humidity. Whether in the mining stage or in the processing stage, dry limestone has many benefits and plays a vital role in the production of high-quality limestone products. Before being used in the industrial field, it usually needs to be dried before it can be used in the appropriate industrial field.

Working Principle

The limestone is transported to the hopper by the belt conveyor or elevator, and then the limestone is sent to the feeding end by the vibrating feeder uniformly. The limestone enters from the high end, and the heating medium and the limestone enter the cylinder in the same direction or in the reverse direction. The limestone is heated in the cylinder directly or indirectly, and becomes dry under the action of the heating medium. The dried limestone is sent out under the action of a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.
